If you want it louder you would need full system milltek exhaust and remap then talking a rip of price £1200

Nah ... not interested in that. Don't want to start with remaps etc. Just asking for trouble IMO.

Has nobody used powerflow or longlife?
Had a longlife on my mazda and was quite reasonable
And got good power gains aswell

Think I am going to go ahead and get the Miltek. Just a bit nervous in starting to make changes to a new car. Once the exhaust is on, what risks do you run in terms of warranty? Realistically, its effectively just a back box and I can't foresee any major issues.

If the back box falls off. They wont cover it - but if the radio stops working or a door falls off. they cant not cover it as they are totally unrelated. They *could* (very big could IMO) say its part of the exhaust and anything like the mani/cat get damaged they could say its due to the cat/back. Unlikley though. Just do what I did and keep the original exhaust on my fiesta.nver had any probs mind and I got a good price back for the milltek second hand selling it.
