Can anybody tell me a rough price for miltek cat-back system and sportscat/downpipe fitted? Also where in the yorkshire area that comes recommended? cheers.

Not really no,cant afford to go with the group buy at the moment sorry to say.Just wanted some info at the mo,is blueflame pretty much the same as the milltek systems?

The design of the Blueflame tailpipe is different. The Milltek is flat at the bottom whereas the BF is pretty much the same as the standard pipe. Blueflame is much cheaper though.

correct me if in wrong, but i beleive if you go miltek you need an APR downpipe which is £900!

so if you can get in the group buy then do.

miltek in my opinion is a better quality product, but then the price reflects this...

Yeah, any info on the above would be really useful

andycupra is right. Milltek don't make a downpipe for the Leon so you have to buy this separately. The only one you can buy that fits, as far as I know, is the APR one which is damn expensive.

So if you want a full system, BF is the most cost effective option.s

from what i gather there is hardly any point fitting a downpipe for the marginal gains, as the turbo is restrictive. So IMHO i would only fit a downpipe if i was goin big turbo!!

The downpipe and cat setup on the LCR is very restrictive in itself, even with the K04. I would say its worthwhile doing if staying on that turbo. Of course, if you go for a big turbo, you'll need to change downpipe anyway.

The downpipe and cat are the most restrictive parts! Changing them alone gives a very good power gain.

You will definitely feel that 10bhp. And let's be honest, other than a remap, what other mod is going to get you 10-15bhp as a bolt on? Especially for the cost of a BF system, which is only £500.
