Mirror heaters inop - look at it when??

Noticed today now the weather is colder that neither mirror heaters are working. HRW works, mirrors adjust and fold and nothing else appears to have stopped working. Anyone experienced this, the handbook didn't list a fuse for mirror heating? Called the Oldham dealer, earliest appointment 10th November... what, I could get a doctor appointment before then (and you know what that's like!).

I got the car from Huddersfield (bit far from Manchester unless all the others were 'off') but booked in at Bolton. I miss Pentagon Oldham they were great with my last 2 Leons. My last MK4 came from Bolton.

Unfortunately the previous Seat and Cupra retailer in oldham had multiple issues, hence it's closure. Now Seat and Cupra are part of a multi brand site where diagnostic time in the diary has to be shared between multiple brands, that'll be the reason for the extended lead times for appointments.
