Mk 5 Golf Rear Wiper not a good option !

hi all,

I got a Mk 5 Golf Rear Wiper today and its 2" to small

So i was wondering what Rear wiper i could use

" Leon mk 1 Fr 150 (54)"

If you like the aero design then the Touran wiper is full length. I'm sure you'll get a hundred people telling you about the Fabia wiper but it was a bit blocky for me...

i don't personally like the Fabia one so ill have ago at the touran one, does it matter what year the touran model is ?

have the fabia estate one myself. just fitted it! i thinh it looks a lot better that the mk5 design. its only about half an inch shorter than the oem one!

Is the estate one different to the hatchback one ?, don't go for the mk 5 one its 2" to short

the estate one is longer! the hatch one is more suited to the golf!! smaller window!!

I hear you can use the lupo one but don't know what that looks like tho

will the touran and fabia and lupo's just fit straight on ?

I ask because today in Vw they asked me what year touran i would like and i looked at them

dont have a pic of it but im sure if you search you will find one. i can post up one 2moro. ya its a straight swap. you need the arm and blade from the fabia estate nd the cap from the fabia hatchback. take off your old cover, undo the 13mm nut and take off the old arm. put on the new arm and blade tighten the nut and fit the new cap. simple

Get the fabia estate wiper, i just fitted mine 2 days agoand i don't know how i lived without it, it cleans the screen good and proper and IMO its the dogs danglies!

cost me 30 euro so i guess about £20

Around £16 from SKODA dealers, or sometimes crop up on ebay for about £22 inc postage - that's how I got mine

Just personal preference mate, some like Touran style, some like the Fabia one.
Both look heaps better than OEM though!

I prefered the Fabia one as I think it suits the Leon rump better,
