Mk2 double din facia... what colour

Ive brought a rcd510 and I went to seat for the new facia however Wolverhampton barlow seat said they don't stock them and would order them in one I payed for them however they come in 4 colors 3 shades of silver and 1 grey. They said they cannot tell what shade mine is by looking nor can they find out as they wont have oart numbers on them. They then said 2 of the silvers look more grey then silver and the grey trim looks more silver then the greyish silvers. The only way he said for me to get the correct one is to buy all 4 from them then match it up in person after paying £56 for all 4! Trim piece is only £13.99. Asked if they could order them in and id buy the correct one, paying for 1 before they order in..nope! Also said I woukdny be able to refund the parts as they are correct even if buying 4 it would be my problem if I got the wrong colour!

Talk about a useless service and staff.

I had pretty much same problem couple of months ago, phoned seat uk they gave me part number for correct colour

If you give them your VIN number, their system will be able to tell them the original part fitted in the factory including the colour code.

I asked them that and they claimed they couldn't :what: useless staff member I think

What a load of ****. They can tell from your reg or vin number.

Just lazy or thought they would try and rip you off.

Just use another dealer
