Cheers mate,

I did look under my wheel arches and tbh 16's wouldn't fit unless i changed the uspension because they seem to be in the way, ( massively big)

Also I Was looking for a splitter and they are apparently £20? Any1 got any direct links to get 1
And i was looking through ebay at people braking for spares.. how would i get my hands on a single part? or do i buy the whole vehicle lol?

Spliter is 17 quid from your local seat dealer iirc.

And with cars being broken, email the seller about the part you want and ask for or offer a price

As said for get making it more powerful, you just can't for sensible money but make it fun, i've had two 1.4's previously and jointly share one with the Mrs at the mo. Bullet proof mechanicals for the most part, make it handle well, and get yourself down to a scrappy with a Cupra or GTi in there and get the good bits ;)

Is it an open air btw? thought i saw a glimpse of a material roof in a pic?

Whats everyones opinion of GMAX? Im looking for a full 40 or 50mm kit,and they seem to be reasonably well priced in the £200 range.the best ive found them at is £198.
I know they've been around a few years now so its a well known company, but I dont want to shell out for something that turns out to be crap.

Theres also a seller on ebay who often has kits here. They look the same colour scheme as the old Jamex stuff.

And also,do Jackson tuning have an actual web site?I cant find anything google wise apart from a thread on the club-polo site.

(This is for a 1.4S by the way.)
sorry for the hijack :(

I bought the belts & tensioner for mine, and paid a mechanic to do mine when I last needed my old 1.4 doing.

took him less than an hour, total outlay was only about £70
