MK3 Boot Brace - Is it worth it

Not interested in the various makes of these K Brace items for the MK3 but has anybody fitted them for track use and noticed any noticeable difference in the handling. I already have upgraded ARB's, Adjustable (4 way) coilovers, Front Strutt Brace, Audi Front subframe and upgraded braces on the transmission tunnel and just want to make sure this stuff gives some benefit before buying.

Check top of the shock towers in the boot.
Any flexing should show with some minor cracking around the sealant.
The rear doesn't get the loading the front does so it may be pointless.

Thank I will check it out, Have to say that was my original thought and if I have read the instructions correctly its not actually connected to the suspension (unlike the front) its just on the body.
