gonna do it 2m now. been working on it for the last 2 hours.
on the vario i get continuity from relay to central airbag sensor
but i dont get continuity from sensor to fuel pump.
on blue car i do get continuity from pump to crash sensor.....
i put a jumper wire in and it made no difference

after all of that it had nothing todo with the alarm!!
i hadnt connected up any of the rear lights etc. next to the rear lights the is a earth point on both side. on the passenger side the earth seems to be the one for fuel pump!?!?!
i would have at least expected it to be on the same side of the loom/car as the pump!?
so it all runs fine now
i ran all the sound sytem cables and tied it all in with the standard wiring loom. really tidy job
i got the floor insulation back in now its nice and dry and the carpert fitted.
just waiting for dashboard so i can fit it then all i need is few more front end parts and my front mount
plus finish painting brembos

i can drive it but i have no brakes :s
i have used some platic pipes to link the charge pipe to throttle body at mo lol
also got my rocker cover back from powder coaters. they coated the inside!?!?! is that ok?

mork. what exhaust is it you put on there? im guessing not original as you cut the bumper.
it made me laugh when it fitted to the cupra DP with no mods...very suprising. i even used the coupler that was on there!!

it's a 16v exhaust, so same dia as a k03x downpipe is as std

It shouldn't react with engine oil but there's a risk of chipping the coating when refitting the cover and if anything gets underneath the paint it'll start to flake off, which probably won't do any good.
As above - when mine was done i told them not to coat the inside but inevitbaly some over spary got drwn intoit becuase of the static charge
they done my last one. i masked it up but when i got it back they took all my masking off and redone it. so i figured they like to do it themselfs....
