I've been doing a lot of online research to try and confirm compatibility but coming up short. There's a few various threads on this forum which mention partial revisions and updates, but none answering this question explicitly.
My vehicle (2017, facelift, Xcellence Lux w/ Electric Handbrake, 8" screen etc etc, June 2017 car) was fitted with LED headlights 5F2941007F and 5F2941008F. I'm aware that there are other revisions (J and K) which are also compatible on the same vehicle. These are RHD units.
Further reading suggests a whole new revision to the LED Headlights (5F2941773A and 5F2941774A) - and I'm assuming these would also come with separate ballasts/modules.
My question (I've probably answered it myself here, but given there is no clear answer) are the Headlight units themselves interchangeable ie. can I swap directly from a 5F2941007F to 5F2941773A with the upgraded modules (assuming it would need coding to the vehicle), or are you able to swap the modules between the 2 units (ie move from 007F to 773A)
Any pointers would be appreciated. Ta.
