Mk3 lowering

My girlfriend has a tdi 130 03/04 (not exactly sure what year) and we are lookin for some lowering springs. It's on 16s at the min. We want it pretty low but don't really want to buy coilovers as we are saving for other things. Can anyone post up pics to show us how low their Ibiza mk3 is on springs and let us no what make and size they are??? Any advice is appriciated.

thats my mk3 on 40mm springs but wouldn't a 03/04 be a mk4.

and a set of cheap ebay coils are £206 probably the same price as a spring and shock set as you wont want to be running standard shocks with very low springs as it will be very bouncy and the shocks will most likely break very soon after lowering

same as what ive ran on all my golfs and they where ok

If you want really low then go coilovers as with springs it will more than likely rub when its bounces as coilovers will be stiffer and if its to low you can adjust to suit
