Lovely car mate, like what you've done to it. I too have a silver mk3 ibiza cupra was wondering where you sourced your clutch and flywheel from? I myself am looking at the K04-001 turbo kit from 034motorsports in the hope of achieving, with the correct supporting mod's, around 240/250bhp and 300+ lbft of torque. Also, do you find with that power you have trouble with traction? would it be a wise idea to invest in something like a peloquin lsd? Just now I'm just trying to get a rough idea of how much all this will cost.

L&S cartec.de has an special edition k04+exhaust manifold , www.celtemp-services.nl is selling it at the moment. This will give around 260-290hp. We have also seen good results with the turbo from JBS (the hybrid 04), 290 hp on the dyno (seat leon 20vt).

THe L&S cartec turbo will cost only half the price from JBS, but we don't have our own results with the L&S turbo, so I ordered one for my car to test it. Will be with me in 2 weeks.

I Work for JDEngineering in Holland, thats where the sachs clutch and flywheel kit came from. But you can order the clutch-kit from sachs from mjmautohaus for example.

Traction wise, I don't really need a lsd, I don't use the car at daily base.
When the streets are dry, I can floor it from 2th gear without traction problems. (use billstein B14 + all powerflex bushes + pirelli p zero nero 205/40/17).

At looks like that the LS-Turbo k04 hybrid has a good potential, but shure it has to be tested more to find out the results

what intercooler did you buy?, im after the same one! not the one where the pipe comes over the engine but the one where it goes by the side of the engine.

It's just an ebay cooler. if you want plug and play, the forge version is the most easy fit. All other ebay products means you will have to be creative.
