Hi guys,
Bit of an odd one but basically wondering how many of you feel like you are addicted to your mkIV bizas.
I have an fr tdi and can say im addicted. I threated to sell it, say I hate it, want to kill it but without it I would be lost.
For instance I am skint, looking at cheap cars but still buy silly parts for it. I was recently gutted to find out a member has sold his pd150 hybrid for it as I would love to do that to it.
So do you guys have any guilty confessions to show that you are addicted to you motor???
For instance mine is not having a holiday so I could get my remap and flip key done lol.
The country ibiza can wait, my car can't lol.
Let us know your guilty pleasures.

Nice one scott :) glad to hear it bud, can't wait to see your next ride

Let me know how the TDI is when you get it, although i'm sure it'll be fantastic

my 1st car...was always set on a fiesta or a focus...even when to the Fast Ford Fair just 2 days before i went and bought my Ibiza - i love it!! went and drove a fiesta a few days after i bought mine and i knew i had bought the right car...sounds great (as sad as it sounds because its only a 1.2 3 cylinder) & it gets to 80mph in 4th so it shifts ;)

i havent even got my full licence yet and im already looking at new parts - stuff the insurance...this ibiza will be good - it also wont be the only seat i have ;) i think next shall either be a bigger ibiza or a leon

Well in the 4 months i've had mine. I've replaced just about everything, just got the dials, and a boost hose i split to do now. I've spent so much on it, and it can't go a week without something breaking. But to hell with that, i aint selling it. It's a car I love driving. END OF.

I loved it when I got it three years ago. Now it's just boring.

I'd love it again, if it was fast, would go lower, nice none boring interior, made a nice noise, didn't break every other week.

The only thing I like about it is how fast I can enter roundabouts when the roads are empty and stick the back end out with the aid of Rarb :p

were did you get the black roof done? (was just reading your signiture)

I'm on the second one in a row, both 100bhp Sport, pre facelift and now facelift. Plan on getting a Cupra next when Mr. Insurance is nice.

I've had my MKIV for 2 years now and im fed up of it. Mostly because its only the 1.2 version. But i love the looks of the car and i find the interior very practical.I have a reference sport and i i find the ride fairly bumpy, feels like the suspension it too stiff for the car. I feel every bump and if i hit a pothole it sounds like ive had a blowout!

I'm thinking of a new one and i was going to go for an FR TDi MkIV, but the insurance is the same as a mkV cupra for me so think im gna go for the cupra!

I dont no what the problem is i like the car havin a hard ride.I work on cars and when i road test them i find them boring apart from the lotus elise that was amazing lol some of the company astras we have do have the sports kit on up rated shocks and 18" wheels i like the drive of them over the standared astras .

I can't see myself getting another mk4 Ibiza; it's not a bad drive but I only seem to use it for stuff like getting to/from work or going to the shops, never want to take it out just because.

I haven't driven any of the newer cars (mk2 Leon, mk5/6 Golf etc) but I doubt I'd want another VAG car to be honest.
