Mk4 golf coilovers on my LC

Will mk4 golf coilovers go straight onto my LC? Found some nice second hand ones of a breaker at a bargain price. I know Octavia ones fit but wondered if the golf ones fit?

Yes will fit a mk1 Leon cupra but not the r.

nope, straight fit from a mk4 golf (apart from an r32) to a cupra (not a cupra r)
