Mk4 Ibiza wipers

Has any1 on here ever had or got problems with there wipers working when they want?
You can use them 1 minute & there fine go to use them 5 minutes later and there's nothing, didn't know if there was a common fault that I could look for or if I've just got electrical gremlins?

Yea heard a rumour it could be the relay, just waiting for a break in the weather so I can have a look.

My problems simular ....... Mine wornt work when I want them to anf sometimes wornt turn off even when the key is removed fro the car . Still not fixed after 6 months
