Moggy smell!!!

Strange this ...

I have a nasty smell inside the car... the Wife says it smells like sweaty socks :D ... but I keep the inside of the car immaculate at all times so no idea where the smell is from...

Any ideas?

I've checked the carpets and they are all dry :confused:
 
does it only smell when the fans are on or all the time?

Have you changed the pollen filter?

May be the pollon filter , air con requires cleaning or just get one of these

Probably is the wife. Leave her at home, car smells better and less ear ache going Christmas shopping.

I dont think its the fans...

Seems the smell is worse when the car is left overnight?

Car is garaged btw.

I'm going to check all the carpets / boot / etc...

Pollen Filter was replaced a few months ago.
 
Good call. I know you can get these smoke bomb type sanitizers that you set off in the car, keep the windows closed (obviously with you outside :lol:) and put the aircon on to recirculate mode. After about 15 mins all should be clear and clean. Fancied getting this done the next time I get the car valeted.
