She was walking out of work chatting to a colleague when she heard a metallic scraping noise. A bus had hit the rear and side of her Ibiza and the side of a Golf parked in front. She shouted to the driver “Oi! You’ve just hit my car!” and he replied “No I haven’t” and drove off. Luckily she got part of the registration and the name of the bus company so it’s in the hands of the police and the insurance companies now.

Poor lass, it's only three months old. :(

Well working for the police (duno if i should be admitting that) he'll more than likely get sacked by the bus company and he'll be charged with driving without due care and attention and also for failing to stop at the scene of a road tarffic accident which carries a ban

yep i curbed my alloy cos of a wan**r in a bus went ape shi* and he hid in the station the manager sent me a check for £50. Followed the bus back *luckily there were no more stops.

Depends how many witnesses to him failing to stop. He might use the excuse that he wasnt aware and the fail to stop will get plea bargained away and the sect 3 taken........ most likely just points unfortunately.

hope it gets sorted asap! i cant see the police getting anything done with this case anytime soon!

good luck with it all.

one of the buggers nearly ran me over about 4 weeks ago.
was in town dropping cv's off at hotels and was waiting to cross a road, bus cut the corner, came right onto the path. a mate had to pull me back otherwise he would have gone over my feet!

feet were already hurting, new trainers were killing me.
would certainly be hurting if he ran over them
