Yeah same here, not a fan of the nose down look the Eibachs give.

Found out I'm not being kept on at work again so will be out of work again in 2 weeks :(. Real pain in the arse as I've found a FL climate control unit with heated seats for cheap which I really want as well as the H&R's but they're probably going to have to wait..

How much prep did you have to do before painting mate?

Did you have to take the "S" off the black backing or did you just spray the lot?

Not much prep to be honest mate just made sure the badge was as clean as possible.

But removed the grill then popped the badge out to spray it.

To be honest you'd be ok to just mask off around the badge leaving about 5mm between the edge of the badge and any masking tape used.

When I do the back I'm just going to mask them off ill take some images covering the whole process

Looks cool take it you did this yourself ? dipped or sprayed the outer chrome? looks very effective

The Cupra grille is already black plastic so the outer doesnt need spraying etc

Looks good Craig, thinking of doing mine and fly eyeing the headlights for a nice stealthy look....:)

Cheers Dan ;)

Yeah sorry forgot to add Trigg as Dan has mentioned these already have the gloss black surround but I'm sure it comes off once the grill is removed if you wish to get rid of the chrome look.

I'd say one can of plasti dip would be sufficient to do the front grill surround + badge and the rear boot handle and lettering. :)
