i bought a new style DV from the states to go with the military theme, ist styled on a hand grenade and is very well machined, looks like iy has a 007p piston and could use forge spring kit, however this works perfectly with the spring supplied and makes a audible metallic tissshhhh sound.

Lovely car mate, Looks great in White. I agree with you the purple was nice but the car did look very max power. Time to move on though - Car looks terrific now. Nice job on the Porsche wheels too. Gimme a shout when your thinking of selling up! haha

Been a long time since I have checked your motor out mate.
It's been 2 years and I've had 3 cars since you helped me sort out my FMIC on the LCR
I'm back with an Ibiza Cupra now lol, cant stay away.
I noticed your's was for sale a while back and I would have begged you not to sell. Glad you saw the light Rick.
It's now Spot on!!
Still, the best LCR I've seen.
It's been 2 years and I've had 3 cars since you helped me sort out my FMIC on the LCR

However...Is the white LCR in your sig yours?
Yeah it's his. If you look through all the pages you can see the transition from OEM > Purple > White. IMO, white is by far the best.

the wheels are 19s 8s up front with a 215 35 tyre and 9.5 on the rear with a 225 35 tyre, they were a bit of a pain to fit but having fitted 20s before this was a walk in the park, if the rears wernt as stretched i wouldnt have been able to go as low.
the grills have been tottaly removed and then painted gloss black then i plastic welded them back in.
as for the side repeaters from what i have read have to be seen from all around the car, you can see the front indicator fom the side so i was happy to remove them fully, MOT will tell for sure,
ive got some cool bits in the shop now that i will be making some custom parts up, i will give you 3 words as a clue

great read from the start, hats off to you mate, you certainly know your stuff!! The car looks spot on!
Have to say the white looks fantastic and the car looks very cool in a Race Prepped Road Racer kind of way.
I never commented on the purple paint and 20's which IMO looked a bit Max Power.
As Robdon said the army interior is a bit marmite but the exterior looks just right IMO, one thing that makes the exterior is the white line around the rims, breaks the black and white up nicely.
