Has yours been blanked? That probably means the motor, or at least the spindle has been removed, so putting a Mk5 Golf one on yours may be a bit more involved. I bought it off eBay. You need 15 posts to be able to put up pictures.

Wondered how long you'd take to do that :p Makes me half wish I'd kept mine... then again.... Thought of mudflaps at all? got them on mine, make a huge difference to the amount of dirt on the back of the car (and when you back into a kurb with them, looks funny as hell, half dirty, half not :p)

The old one was rubbing a square patch clean with the weird way it was contacting the screen. Looked well funny.

I've never really been a fan on mud flaps, think they only suit a certain look, the rally slag look. Mines just the dirty slag look. lol.

there's rally slag flaps (doesn't sound wrong at all!) and SEAT genuine flaps, which are moulded to the bumper, looks OEM, but makes the back of the car look lower, and bring the bumper to the wheels. Can get a quick pic of mine if you want. doesn't look rallyish at all :)

Edit: would you (or your brother I guess) want my bumper mod doing to your 1.4 at some point too?

yh its been blanked but i bought the car off a mate so he might still have the motor and that so i might look into it or maybe the option of mudflaps but depends how big they are lol
cheers though :)

Cupra is back off the road again. Hit a bitch of a pothole and the tyre is slowly deflating constantly, going from 32psi to empty in around 2 weeks. Took the wheel off and this seems to be the damage. (Right under the stamp)

Been gathering a few bits for the car and slowly started fitting them recently. Got the front lights LaminX'd, subtle tint, also got my personal plate on. Went to Germany skiing and popped into a VW dealer that had my surname in its name, got some plate holders for free from them and fitted my pressed plates from Cool Air in them.

Also got some Seat Sport and OZ racing decals for my SuperTs, boost gauge and nomad pillar pod, and an LCR splitter to fit.

Nice looking car, big fan of the D90s so will look smart...seeing as ive got 4 sets i should be lol :)

The xcarlink, any good as im thinking of getting one?

Also the Lamin-x, easy to do yourself?

I've had the D90s for so long and I've never got round to sorting out tyres for them.
XCarLink is a wicked bit of kit. Got them in both my Ibizas, definitely recommended.
Lamin-x was really easy to do, bit of heat and its stretches perfectly.

lookin nice mate, how u get them lights done like that ?

Lights are covered in lamin-x. Get it from HERE

Sorry if im bein thick but was the mk5 wiper arm a straight swap to the existing motor etc?

Yep, you just have to file a bit off the plastic cap that covers the washer jet as the screen is a different shape to the mk5 golf, so if you don't it pops off.

Spent some time on the car on Saturday afternoon.
Fitted an LCR splitter.

Stickered up the wheels like larger versions of the CupraR SuperTs.
