Sound slike variable turbo vanes sticking due to oil residue on housing .Have known people who have removrd turbo & cleaned out by washing through with engine cleaner.

I cleaned the n75 valve and its been fine so far

If it happens again, I will strip the turbo and clean it all up. I saw the guide on tdiclub

have just read the turbo cleaning on tdiclub and going to look into innotech turbo clean anyone tried it
