Sorry mate, not my cuppa either. Those sort of mods belongs on a saxo/cora/nova IMO. As said above without the spoiler and decals it'd look half decent.

I am now, but i am more a Euro person at heart! had 60mm drop on dished wheels but that was about 1-2 years ago, now i have a standard car and i am in the market for a Cupra, 7..5's on the front, 9's on the rear with S T R E T C H!

I appreciate that it was the 'done' thing 5 years ago, but i really think that its not very tasteful (even then). This of course is my personaly opinion so don't slate me for it! :)

threads like this annoy me.

and not for the reasons that you would think.

everyone on this site is in to modifying their car in some way or another, whether it just be under the hood or with different wheels and bodykits.

all cars come from the factory the same d its up to each persons different taste how they choose to modify it.

personally i dont dig the spoiler butthe owner does... so thats all that matters, yes we are all allowed our own opinions but ever heard of "if you havent got anything nice to say then dont say anything at all"

this lad obviously likes his car the way it is hence it remaining so, and the original owner did it because he liked it.. there is no reason to say its crap just cause its not yoour cuppa...

life is about each to their own... would be a boring and sad place if we all liked the same things.

Ever heard of free speech. Don't post a thread on a public forum and ask for people's opinions when you don't want to hear the negative comments!

This comes up time and time again on many forums i am a member of, if your honest, take the constructive comments (i apologise mine was not constructive WHATsoever, but god, reallu, look at it!)

Sorry for being honest!

I wouldn't do that to my Ibiza, but its a deffo head turner and if its won awards and had magazine features fair play to current and previous owner...

Like I said not what I want to do to mine, but I can appreciate...

;)

As for those who want to slate, opinions are opinions... but no need to be rude or aggresive...

Mike

There is no harm in people stating honest opinions of what is posted, they also shouldn't feel they can't post in a thread, because they risk upsetting the poster.

Positive or negative, the poster chooses to post up the thread for feedback, whether they pay any attention to that feedback is their own choice.

If the poster is happy with their car, then they are happy regardless of what other people think, and should stick to their convictions, and take the opinions with a grain of salt.

Telling people they shouldn't post if they have a negative opinion, is no better than a dictatorship.

On the otherside of the coin, opinions should be opinions, not an excuse to be nasty to others who differ in opinion or taste, state your opinion, but there is no need to knock the person for doing what they do, to their property.

Once again i apologise, here is my constructive attempt:

Rodney you plonka!

i really cant see that car winning anything.... its nothing specail... i see cars like that all the time bombing around town on a saturday night, but 9 out of 10 times the people that are looking at the car are actully slating them rather then the driver thinking hes getting the attention for his car looking great.

How old are you anyway?

i wasnt saying that they should nto be allowd to nto say nasty things, but obviously at some point someone has put alot of time effort and money in to that car and wether you like it or not there is no point to start throwing out personal insults and sayign the cars ****.

if the owner is happy with it then thats all that matters as at the end of the day they are the one that has to be seen getting out of it.

but honestly... this site is far from allowing freedom of speach. i know of so many incidents where things have been edited and removed where someone has voiced a personal opinion.

but meh. your forum, your rules, your choice of how they apply to each person

Jesus, that is nasty. I do drive a standard car, and I also appreciate a tastefully modded car too. But in my opinion, that isn't one of them. Kill it before it breeds.

do u also drive standard cars?

Most peoples cars on here are far from standard:rolleyes:

They are modified however, instead of blowing all their cash on "Neons", "Stickers" & weighted down plastic people have put their money on performance modifications;)

Aprreciatte the effort put in on it:D

But IMO, Colours dont go together, too many stickers, wheels look too glittery & dont suit the Ibiza, Lexus Lights only suite Lexus cars.......

I could go on but I wont

right rodders few people like your car and most people think its shite :banned: but then again yoour probs got the idea by now IMO for driving this around "you got guts man" :banned:
