A £20 fire extinguisher was the best thing i ever brought for my car as it saved my skin tonight.

So does anyone no how much it is for the new sensor that is next to the n249 i think its a n112.

And also i would say one bit of advice buy a fire extinguisher as its a small price to pay than watch your pride and joy go up in flames

yeah but i didnt do the resister way i did it the way someone wrote a guide on with just moving vacum hoses around as i dont no how to do it the other way and where to get the bits from

buy the resistors from this thread. just need 2 but think they come in packs of 5

vac hose from dumpvalve to inlet manifold.
van hose from inlet to fpr.

one on the actuator and on the SAI get blocked off.

the broken n112 valve wont need replacing, it'll just bring up the EML light. once you fit the resistors to replace the valves, the light will go off.. or might need clearing using vag-com first. this is what i have done and many others :)

no.
you don;t need one for the n249.

You need 2 for the N112's.

Just cut the N112's off and either solder or simply connect the resistors between the wires there. Then insulate with proper tape.
Takes about 5 minutes

must have fallen onto manifold and melted then caught fire, just a guess
