firstly cut all the vetrical slates out, then used filler, sanded it all smooth ,sprayed black and mounted the honeycomb mesh to the back using strong glue and silcone. took ages to get smooth had to use several layers of filler and black spray

the grill surround was sprayed in grey finish, it looks like chrome in the first picture for some reason

People will understand that you can't do the grilles like tomorrow but will be dead chuffed with the finished result i think. Start a feeler on here and if you get 10 people that'd buy one for £30/40 then that's £300 - £400 in your pocket.

Any idea how much the standard grills are from seat? id need to purchase the grills then modify them, also need to purchase the honeycomb mesh
