provided you learn from my mistakes it shouldn't take too long to make one, just get at least 3 times the amount of fiberglass you think you will need, and have proper tools / work space.

It was one of the connections on the inside of the terminals, it was just crimped a bit before as I was in a rush to get it working before it got dark, all re crimped and tightens up now.
Does anyone know if i can I just use the insides of an old pillow as the box Wool stuff?
when ever i had boot builds by sextons , they never filled the boxes with anything

it may not have been needed but I think my box is a bit too small for the speaker.
lol... you was warned about this by many of us at the begining buddy... you learn by your mistakes, and improve the next versions... lol
now this is where you need to build the box to the specification of the sub woofer... it all depends on what the sub woofer needs, but yes porting your box will reduce this risk, but you'll also need to work out how much venting you'll need for the size of your box ie size of vent port...
, i just built is so it didn't stick out in the boot too much
you could use polystyrene ball to measure its capacity.
