My first detail

Hi, going to get a start on my first proper (used loosely) detail of my car. Bought Mothers California Gold Clay Bar System kit

Was a good Price i thought compared to the clay bar on its own for £13?

Anyone any ideas on this product? will give it a go, but if it a no no wcan still cancel it! Also any tips and things to watch out for, have read through the claying guide and have some understanding of it, but reality is sometimes different. Hope to get it Shining soon! now need the wax and some cloth's to buff it, all by hand i will think. have AG SRP already and most of tar removed, just need it sorted properly.

Ant tips appreciated.

Ok I have taken the time today and Detailed the car to best of my ability:

Wash and Dry,
Clay,
Wash,
AG SRP
AG Super Gloss Sealant,
Meg's Carnauba Wax (DeepCrystal)

Have no before pictures, had already started, but here are some after pictures. looks ok to me, all done by hand, started at 11.30am, only done now (7pm)

Any comments appreciated..........

Looks good, and you'll find it much easier to keep on top of from now on.

Thanks. Yeah, was sick of washing it and it looking dull after and dirt sticking hard to it, hopefully this will ease washing as you say.

Give it another wash and top coat this weekend.

Needs another wash after the rain, didnt have the time t add another coat of wax on Saturday, but will try again. it will be ok to wash and apply another coat or two then, no need for sealant etc?
