Well went to see bill at badger 5 this mirning, the plan was stage 2 revo, but my fuel pump had other ideas so instead, bill adjusted my low boosting stage 1. With good results ;)

The yellow results are before bill sorted it.

So still stage 1, will need to fit a 4bar fuel pump to go stage 2.

Fifth gear boosting lol just for fun boosts and seems to hold alot better, fifth gear.

sounds good mate, look forward to seeing it after you get it stage 2.

i have never understood why some mappers need a 4 bar fuel pump and others dont need it and some want the 4bar fpr and others dont....any one able to shed any light ??

My problem is the ibiza standard fuel pump is basically crap. When bill tried to get more boost and more power and all that, the injectors ask for more petrol yet my fuel pump isnt capable of keeping up. So with that you cant really go any further as your engine wont be getting the supply it needs.

i assume you mean because your pump has weakend over time ?

cause people run 240 on standard pumps ?

Its farely common for ibiza pumps to do this. Mappers can map it and maybe bill couldve done the stage2 but if its not going to be getting enough fuel then is it really worth risking it. The fuel pumps a gay. Need to swap it.

Mine was running on standard pump after being mapped, werent until a few months later at a RR day my AFR were 15's at the redline which is basically how it should be when cruising

4bar fpr and standard pump isnt worth the risk, 4 bar pump to begin with for k03s imo!

can you explain afr's to me ? in terms of what it should be.... i know what it is, just not what values they should be...

Lower numbers are rich and higher the number is lean

somewhere in the 12's on full boost/throttle is normal

It will fluctuate high 14's low 15's on idle and cruising
