dyno dependant, but for your mods ideally it should be running around 360hp.

AMD Essex had a S3 in two or so days ago with similiar mods and made 375hp.

looks a bit weird , most grphs show 200+ bhp over what it makes

dyno max power is 500 hp 4x4. i have custom ecu... initial i have install a map with max boost 2,05 bar.. and costant boost until 5500rpm of 1,60 bar and from 5600 rpm 1,4 bar until 6700rpm and then 1,25 until 7000rpm , unfortunately i don't have perform a dyno test because I was afraid that I would have broken all..... Now i have 340 hp + 50 kg*m because i have install a map with 1,75 max boost... and costant boost until 5500 rpm of 1,40 and after 1,3-1,2 bar until 7000 rpm.

So if your running 2.05bar - thats 29.73psi on a standard turbo - Wow, don,t think it will last long. I run max boost of 1.35bar to obtain my power output.

What a safe maximum level of boost? Think mine peaks at 2520 millibar which is about 1.5bar right? - thats on Revo stage 1, going for stage 2+ shortly, not sure if thats ups the boost further...

For this reason i have reduce the pick pressure a 1,75 for the standard k04 turbo and continuos boost of 1,4 bar until 55000 rpm and 1.3-1.2 bar until 7000 rpm , but i want to know if your pressure of 1,35 is costant until 7000 rpm or no...!?!?
