Foulkes- Ye you have mate cheers again though ;)

Bough it from awesome gti, can't remember how much i paid I got that and the rear anti roll bar at the same time and got em a bit cheaper, for what they cost it's one of the best value mods, around £40 I think anyway

Almost eliminates engine movement on acceleration and makes it easier to put the power down.

When you accelerate off the line does it clunk and do you spin lots? If so it basically stops that.

Will take 15 mins to fit and that's jackin the car up and gettin the old bush out, blow torch recommended and just burnt it out ;) then lots of lube and a heavy ba$tard to help squeeze it in. Unless you have a vice which would make it even simpler :)

Relocated my battery to behind the passengers seat today to free up some space in the bay to extend the intake in the long run

Finally got a forge TIP and fitted that and a hard pipe to put the filter near the wing

Will be making myself a heatshield for it either Monday or Tuesday. Just need to go find some ally sheet, bit of insulation and some gold reflective tape/wrap

nice car buddy, like the front with the plate to the side, you should do away with the filter exstension and fit a big filter in there ive still got my battery in place and my filter is probably twice the size of your halfords filter,i use to have the halfors filter then changed to a huge green cotton filter and supriseingly it made the halfords filter seem restrictive.
