OK that's probably quite true, what I mean is during my ownership I will keep this updated on how well it works :p

The inside of the light has an orange film!
It can be taken out but I quite like the orange because I have my side reflectors wired in with my side lights :)

Small update, I have ordered a set of four 5mm spacers, but probably will not fit the rear passenger one as that side sits further out already!
And new plates again as you cannot see my rear one properly, I have gone for 9x7 and 12x6 :)

I parked up last night with my mates we went and sat in the pub for a chat and to warm up and when we came out there was a mk2.5 parked next to us, so we had a mk1 mk2 and mk2.5 all in silver in a row :)

Some bad pics next to it, the difference in ride height was quite big!

I was going to sell up and buy my mates E36 328 but I'm so indecisive!

Change of plans, I have just bought the following:

Cam cover gasket & sealant
K&N Oil filter
IL Motorsport Fuel filter
Going to get some oil tonight/ order some from Opie Oils.
VHT wrinkle paint in black for the cam cover and inlet manifold.
Some normal 501 bulbs for the side lights and numberplate lights.
A central locking kit.

To be done:

Fit window aerial I bought ages ago.
Fit central locking kit and grease window runners at the same time.
Do an oil and fuel filter change.
Get gearbox oil changed
Re-align the front end panels
Debadge, fill holes and paint my bumpers.
Under seal the car

Hopefully I can get the majority of this done by next weekend :)
The little MX5 is staying for now!

I spent last night with the help of a mate fitting remote central locking to the car.
Very straight forward not much to it, took about an hour to get the bits wire in and neatly tucked away.
Then came mounting the solenoid in the door, I tried being clever and mounting it low in the door where I could make room for it and make loads of fancy brackets etc to make it work.

It didn't.

So after about 3 hours of messing about we had a last ditch attempt at removing a small bar in the door and fitting it more in line with the door release rod.
Guess what, it worked! and only took 20 mins  I felt like a right idiot.
But it all works and is so much better than having to use the key :D

Last night me and my mate fitted my new back box, greased the passenger side window runners and fitted my Jass manifold cover.

Firstly we fitted the exhaust, it was nice and easy went on really well and is a lot lighter than my Milltek backbox.

BUT it is rather loud. Like really loud!

I love the sound of it but seeing as I drive my car quite a bit every day I'm in two minds of what to do!

Here's the style of exhaust I have.

And my nice shiny manifold heat shield :)

I'm looking forward to painting my cam cover and Inlet manifold now :)

I got round to painting my camcover last night with the help of my mates.
It was really easy to be honest.
We painted it in wrinkle black :)
