Small update, got my obd2 Bluetooth adaptor and finally got some timings for my standard setup(benchmark to work from) 0-60 was 7.5secs and 1/4 mile was a shocking 15.9 secs lol. Will take a pic tomorrow on another attempt.
I also had my LED fog lights turn up so fitted them today

Worse than the one I showed you lol @ 11odd secs, but at least I have a benchmark for performance to work too.

Off to see James23Parkin Thursday night so a weekend of painting the calipers and cleaning up the discs, fitting the LCR splitter and spacers then a detail so hopefully by Saturday night the car will be looking sweet

Yeah I've seen your having a bit of trouble with your brake lights and now the car not starting, unfortunately I'm not that technically minded so can't help, but good luck and hope you get it sorted soon

Well just come back from seeing james23parkin up in (Fing) sunny Norfolk and weel thanks to him he has fitted the LCR front splitter, some spacers both front and rear and along with painting my calipers and bells for me he also gave it a great detail (despite the really hot weather) so I owe him many thx and defo some beer tokens (lol, what are friends for though). Anyway managed to get all that sorted over Thursday and Friday but all the pics were taken by him so as soon as he gets a chance to upload them just have to leave you in suspense ;)

:( James is busy so while I'm waiting for decent pics of the car when we were(him mainly lol) working on it and when it was clean, I have just been out with the phone and took a few quick pics.

The calipers have been painted black, added an LCR splitter and spacers H&R 5mm at the front and some JJC ebay 15mm for the rear.

The rear wheels now fill the arch nicely just have to get the car off stilts lol

And the LCR splitter, doesn't fit as perfectly as a mk4 but I'm more than happy with it.

Splitter looks good and the spacers make a difference, need some rear spacers on mine but not 100% what I need. Have you got bolt on or bolt through and can you use your original nuts?

Thanks I like it :D lol, as for the rear spacers I got some 15mm hub centric ones which are through and had to use the bolts that come with them, the fronts are 5mm H&R ones that my mate had spare off his mk1 LCR (bolt through again) and have used the standard bolts with them. When I started looking I didn't have a clue what I needed but my mate James23parkin advised me so I'm sure if you see any you like myself or other members can advise before spending your money.
