I'm back after a 2 year break from seat's. Had a Cupra 180T witch i swapped for my beloved V5 STI Impreza JDM back in winter 2013

However recently swapped out my Astra van for this little beauty!!

Spec:

2005 LCR 225
113k miles
New clutch at 100k
Stage 2 revo map, claimed 285bhp
Front mount intercooler ( Unknown make )
Full 3" miltek decat
Forge dump valve
Green cone filter
N249 delete
4 bar fuel pressure regulator
Lowered 60mm on eibach shocks & springs
Staggered 3SDM wheels
6k hid's
boost gauge / Oil Pressure Gauge ( needs plumbed in properly )
Rear Wiper Delete
Rear and rear side window's tinter
Carbon wrapped roof

Bad bits:

Blow from the down pipe, getting worse and making car sound terrible. Need on a ramp to diagnose and get better look at it. Dont want to fork out for new Miltek decat downpipe just yet.

Needs 2 new front wings + Splitter ( Passenger got a dent from a deer, driver's a bit of rust at bottom where paint's scabbed, splitter cracked and held on with cable ties )

Oil Pressure Gauge needs connected up as light's up etc, just doesn't work. Any how to's??

Gear stick a bit loose, think it needs new bushes at the very least

A good machine polish and t cut to bring back the red paintwork

Plans:

Put standard spring's back on for winter.

Find Some standard Cupra r alloy's or cheap alloy's that fit for winter ( Are 225/40/R18's the right size for the cupra r? )

Get the 3SDM'S painted shadow chrome and fitted with Eagle F1's All round

Fix The Exhaust ASAP!!. Doing my head in.

Get the handling and alignment set up as the steering wheel sit's slightly to the right when travelling along.

Bit's needing help on

The Oil filler cap rattle's when tightened all the way, has to be slackened off a "wee" bit to stop it doing so.

Engine Cover is held on with cable ties at the front, Are they bolted in or clips ( if so were can i get them? )

Can the fog's be refitted with the FMIC being fitted?

Good choice with this change from Astra! :) More fun, looks definitely better and I can bet... you have a smile when you are driving it. Aren't you?

Certainly do get a smile driving it, there's a few bit's i cant stand like the exhaust blowing, and the harsh ride on these not so smooth roads. however that's all in the pipe line to be changed

Cheers guy's, the wheels are really suited to the car.

Will be taking them off soon for summer as want to get them clad in good rubber (eagle F1's) for summer, Still trying to find a cheap set of 18" alloys.

Cars of to MKS performance on monday.

PCV is shot and needs new seals
new rocker cover gasket.
Downpipe off, replace flexi if possible or new downpipe maybe needed
replacement CTS sensor
Replace reverse light switch
Plumb in Oil pressure gauge sender

Some of those bit's are to be done after wards.

Looking forward to getting somewhere

Got some more bit's done to the Cupra r over last few week's

Goodyear Ultragrip 8 winter tyres on the front

Tracking checked and sorted out ( Cannot recommend this enough, massive difference just from adjusting track rods )

Reverse Light switch replaced, Thankfully can let other road user's know when im going back the way.

Flexi in 3" miltek downpipe replaced courtesy of MKS performance

CTS replaced, Oil seal gasket's replaced.

Just need to do the thermostat, remove rattly heat-shield's from the exhaust and heat wrap the downpipe on monday evening and hopefully that should be it all done for next few month's

Need a bit of help with a knock coming from the front end. the car's lowered 60mm all round. Anyone recommend a better Front ARB for the cupra r. think it could be it knocking off something. Anyone help at all. Uprated front arb and shortened drop links's the way to go?? or any other recommendation's :)
