Heres my mk1 leon , great driving wee car! Its my 2nd leon and my 40th'ish car lol

Im pretty sure its a 110bhp SE , reg checks etc cant bring up what model it is..

I put a VanAaken tunning box into it and it made some difference power wise and fuel wise.. very easy on the juice and apparently it adds 30/40bhp..

Its got FK coilovers in it (cant go any lower to i get the FK arb and a chassis notch).

VW Bora sport alloys , bought these for run about alloys as the car came with rs8's and there totally :repuke:

Recently put 8000k hid's in it , brilliant job so they are (no pics yet).

Done a bit of carbon wrapping inside. Just done a few simple mods to the car to make it look better whilst im using it daily..

To do list -

Re-spray in estriol blue , but keeping the existing black trim black! (maybe over xmas or after, depending on when i get my new spray booth built)

ST orange engine bay is a big MAYBE if i could be bothered lol

Darker seats and a sportier steering wheel , my seats are like a light grey and very hard to keep clean. And seat steering wheels are boring.

Chassis notch and slammed on top 18" sirocco alloys

Brighter hid's , there awesome..

Re-map and drive it until i can insure an 330d or e36 m3

Looks good on the Bora wheels, I like that :)

Check in the spare wheel well for a sticker, this is the car information such as your trim code etc - it'll have a kW bit on it, can work out your power from that.

1kW is approx 1.34bhp, so if you think its a 110, it'll say 82kW ;)

When you say brighter HIDs as a future mod, do you mean ones you can see better with or just the same rating but more wattage?

You'll see better at night with 4300k/5000k than you do with 8000+k....

Thanks! Yeah the bora sports are subtle looking i like them but im finding it hard to get the same size tyres i have on as 2 are needing replaced..

Il check that out see what it says, but im pretty certian its 110bhp, my last leon was 90bhp and wasn't as responsive.. but i just want to know i am right as people say its a 90bhp and others say its a 110bhp..

Its the first set i have owned and i think there brilliant at night time, never used/drove a car with 4300/5000k hid's , i think il go for 10,000k or 12,000k next along with matching fogs..

10,000K or 12,000K will be worse at night than your current 8000K, they'll be a purplish colour which is rubbish for driving in darkness!

The lower the number the better the visibility to the naked eye, most OEM hids are around the 4000-4300K mark as this is nearer to daylight. 6000K start to get a hint of blue in them, 8000K have more blue, and the colour turns more towards purple the higher you go. :)

That looks really nice. I'm not sure if I could live with it being that low but it does look great!

MOE16V - My mate has his 110bhp remapped to around 150bhp, and another mate has a 110bhp toledo with a ebay tunningbox, his car made 134bhp on the rolling road..

EB-80 - There a good coilover with a good ride, not too bouncy or solid!
