hi all!
I own a 2008 ibiza 1.4TDI ecomotive.Went for this model cause i still don't like the new ones, they look like corsas too me.
for now the car is still standard, and i'm going to change just a few subtle things.
on the wishlist:
-alloys: 16" black OZ ultraleggera, still think 17" are too big for a 1.4tdi, normally they will be mounted tomorrow. can't wait to get rid of the 165/70 tires![[:@]](/forums/styles/seatcupra/oldforumsmileys/furious.gif "Furious [:@]")
-original seat cupra rear spoiler , they look cool, yet not overdone
-Lowering kit 20 or 30mm
-spherical gear knob
-remap too 105bhp/245nm
-must get some rear lights with the grey background
-better sound system
The thing I hate most about this car is the sound sometimes... An ecomotive doesn't have the engine cover (to save wheight...
) maybe I'll order that too, to reduce the sound (only if it is a little bit...)
I also have a few questions:
-I saw that the rear spoiler was mounted with 4bolts? is that the only thing holding it? or does it need to be glued as well?
-If you lower the car, does it make the suspension even harder?
-Is it possible too mount the front cupholder afterwards?Or does it requires to break the whole dash out? I thought they came with that in the standard equipment.
