Cheers for the input and suggestions guys (been in Germany for the weekend, hence the delayed response).
Called the wheel shop today who were very apologetic, and are sending me a new set of bolts. Apparently I need 'tuner style' bolts, which use a sort of allen-key type arrangement, which allows them to be narrower so as to fit through the holes in the wheels.
As for the spigot rings, I've made sure they're all present and correct, slotted in to their respective wheels, so they shouldn't be an issue (fingers crossed)!
