Tbh it all seems rather confusing to me but then i'm a camera operator and not particularly mechanically minded! Find it all fascinating though!
You can still go into limp mode if you have removed it...
It just there to open the d/v if it detects you have a bit of over boost of somthing it opens the d/v to release the pressure or somthing like that i didnt really read much about what it done just that it wasnt needed so i bined it...

haha i guess not but then i only have very limited interest in any of this and couldn't really be bothered to do a search so this little thread suits me well.
