Been reading on uk mk1v website about n75 replacements for the 1.8 turbo engine. Changing the valve for a different spec is giving in some cases another 3/4 psi. Anybody know if this can be done on the pd150?

Yes, but wont work at all since the engine controls the boost and acts directly on the valve. There is no way to fool the engine on this, only installing a manual boost valve (not recommended because you would need more injection quantity aswell and cant do that manually) or by remapping the car ECU, which is the most recommended.
