My cupra is currently suffering from overboost. Absolutley killing me , really pissed off.

I am running a j valve and picking up a standard valve tommorow. If that doesnt help then I dont know wtf I will do.

mbc - manual boost controller, n75j i think you can only get from places like awesome etc, cant get them from the dealers.

nope you can get them from any audi dealer because its an audi part. Awesome and place sell them aswel but call them a race valve lol but they are still just the audi J valve

yeah a Manuel Boost controller...After fitting one id never run a n75 again

I stand corrected, didn't know you could buy them from the dealers.

Changed back to the standard n75 today after using the j valve.

Made a world of difference. Car is flying now.

well id didnt even get one after the parts desk nobber was insisting i wanted that mushroom plastic thingy, i tried saying to him its a boost pressure regulation valve (n75) and he was saying yeah this.... he then said to me "i dont have time to stand here all day looking for bits" ha ha.

avoid perrys in aylesbury at all costs!! so im still with a broken car, getting fed up of it fast now
