Navigation screen issue

[Oldboy racer]

Maybe me missing the obvious.
Have had a few times when the nav screen is on but there are no icons to exit to radio or media. Had to switch ignition off to reset.

Has anyone had issues with Nav screen only showing and other icons disappeared so not able to switch over.Happened again today and had to switch off ignition to restore
