need a NEW turbo NOW cupra r

Hi guys need your help badly.

Just had my new turbo removed n the recon guys said it is fu**ed. i have just done about 100 miles. the crap garage did not change the feed pipe. i need a turbo as the car is on the ramp. does anyone have a second hand or now of a place that will have it in stock. it is a K04 part 22. the 210bhp. both turbo s are not repairable. i am in desperate help as had no car for 8 weeks. n xmas is fast approaching. cheers guys.

also have the sump removed and the oil pick up pipe cleaned mate as its know to get blocked

Hey buddy i sourced a turbo from a company called turbo developments the problems you will find is that main dealers snap up orders for turbos and recon units, and for a company to send you a reconed unit they obviously require someone elses unit being sent to them on an exchange basis if you get me. i tralled the country ebay the lot this company has a big stock and should be able to help, I know the k03 is in very short supply at the mo but K04's should be fairly easy who knows give them a call, They turbo i recieved for my mums audi tt was of an execellent roconditioned standard and all waranted for a year or 12000 miles the price you wont beat either! http://www.turbodevelopments.co.uk/

Just to pre warn you! You will need the part number from the little rivveted tag on the turbo housing, although this is simple stuff it makes sure you get the right part as there are variations on the k03 and k04 turtbo's, It will have a little symbol kkk in a triangle on the plate along with a part number or reference, They may need to know if one of the lamber sensors is in the exhaust or on the turbo manifold this varys too! If they have one it will be pretty much next day delivery but keep your old one thats being sent to them thats the deal!

Got 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I MEAN THE TURBO!!! BOUGHT IT AT SEAT. FOR £650. GETTING IT FITTED at engine advantages. i got a call to say the oil light is on. changed the feed pipe and oil change. any ideas why the light is on???? done a vag comp. n nothing. would changing the oil from semi to racing synthetic bring them up.

you should use fully synth in the LCR anyway.... 5W-40

the oil light will stay on for a couple of mins until the oil has circulated around the engine properly
