Need help with selling price for Leon FR 20vt

Hi looking at selling my loved Leon just need a rough price i should be looking for from a dealer or private.

2005 55 Luna grey FR
4,700 miles
all normal extras that come with FR model (climate etc)
Tax till April 07
immaculate condition

Forge O.CT remap
DV 007P

Pioneer AVIC X1 sat nav with built in DVD awesome
Pioneer Ipod Adaptor
Pioneer 6cd changer

or can put Seat cd player back in

any help much appreciated

I'd say around the 12k mark with out the pioneer.

I would also say around the £12k mark for a private sale.

Dealer price may be between £11-£12 somewhere.....

Dealers have pre-registered models with Zero miles and also Demo models with around 8K miles up for sale at £12,995.
