One of my rear dampers are broken. I'm thinking of keeping the car original, and want to change both the rear dampers. The car is a 2003 LCR with 85000km. Should I buy new front dampers and all of the springs too?

85k kilometres is a bit early for the shocks to be failing - I'd just replace the rear shocks to keep them match and leave it at that - all the other components should be fine at you age and mileage. The failure you have is probably down to a dodgy shock rather than wear

My LCR damper failed at 30,000miles

Genral concensus is that the factory std equipment is pretty crap but to upgrade is a significant investment. I'd look to just replace the rear dampers only or do it properly and change all 4 springs and dampers for some good quality items.
