Go with neuspeed.

If you wanted to replace the bushes on a H+R front youd be looking at the cost of nearly the whole kit. Shocking.

+1 for Neuspeed

Have bin runningn the neuspeed for years and is a great uppgrade. Only problem I´ve seen is that the clamps with bushes on the rear beam did move back and forth after running hard on track. This happend nomather how hard the clamps was tightened. I did come up with a solutioen to this by applying some heavy cable-ties on each side (dobbeled) of the clamps. Problems solved!

from H&R they wont come complete with stuff to fit an ibiza no... nor will neuspeed.

I make adaptor brackets which convert to ibiza's.. The kits are mk2 golf arb's.. no one loves ibiza's it seems :p
