I'm trying to source a decent aerial for my Leon, but it has to be shorter than the standard one thats on it now.
I recently found a S200 Aerial on ebey, but the seller never sent it so i'm still searching for one and in true ebay fashion, i have negative feedback even though i paid on time but had the balls to leave him neg feedback for not producing the goods.
So if anyone knows of a tried and trusted ebay seller, or has the original part number for a genuine honda aerial (prefered) then i would be gratefull.
(a search turned up no number or link after trawling through 20+ results)
 
I got one from that seller. Took a little while to arrive but was a smooth transaction.

suppose it's your donald duck then, most people got hassle free transactions, you were just unlucky!!
 
Just had a couple of exchange emails from him and neg feedback is now removed on both partys.
Reason i was so annoyed was it clearly states next day delivery. I paid in full less than 5 mins after clicking "buy it now" and that was on the 27th march.
If it was posted 1st class (also stated on the page) it would have got here by the weekend, but still nothing.
Ignored 2 messages about the item, and then when i left bad feedback i get a message saying a new one is in the post FOC and recorded delivery. I get home today, but no item or slip through the post, so obviously been fobbing me off. So another email was sent stating i want a full refund before feedback is removed. In fairness i got my money back and feedback is now removed and he has promised an Aerial FOC for the inconvenience. I'm going to Honda to get one now anyway, so if this aerial does turn up, it will be up for grabs for whoever wants one.
 
I think I got one off that seller, hassle free within a week I think.

You really don't want to pay Honda prices, I enquired and it was about £22 without VAT :blink:

£25 (ish) won't break the bank, and if it means i can have one on the same day, it's better for me than waiting for someone and their false promises.
Hopefully others will have better luck than me.
 
i used the same ebayer .... took 10 days to arrive , claimed he moved house so sent another one , but did refund the postage after the second one arrived ..

i only got mine a couple of weeks back ... sure i only paid 4.99 with 2.99 postage (which was refunded :) )

Thats the guy I got mine from, think it was sent next day delivery, so he is genuine :)

I did cut the base a little short though, but not noticeable ;)
