New battery, start/stop error.

Got into my car this morning with every error popping up and wouldn’t start then eventually no power. I replaced battery as I had a few warnings during the week saying low battery drive to charge. After fitting the battery all the errors went away apart from start/stop error. From what I can see I need to tell the car it has a new battery, is this correct and can I do it through odb11??? Thanks

Yes, the battery needs to be reprogrammed. But for the start-stop error, it's enough to delete it. Yes, everything is possible with OBD11.

Went to see if I could update battery in ofb11 but the start/stop error went away so I never changed anything .

I think you should do the adaptation.

Go to Module 19 Gateway -
Adaptation -
Battery Adaptation.

Last time i did it was on my Vw Alltrack, 2018 this year.
This is how it looks:

Everything is working perfect now, no errors, start/stop works, didn’t have to change anything in odb which was a surprise.
