Nice motor mate! Looks like it was well worth the long trip down south to get it!

Updated pics of my Ibiza

Rather than start a whole new thread I'll just add to here. Thought it was about time I posted some recent pics...

Now done approx 3000 miles in my Ibiza, it's been perfect so far:
- got a few interior rattles and the driver's side headlight bulb just blew on Friday night, but it's been totally painless
- added LCR splitter after a few days of owning and small "Cupra" badge on the front lower grill
- new tyres (Yoko Parada Spec-2's) fitted about 2 months ago
- fully detailed (PC polish, sealed and coat of wax applied) around 6 weeks ago
- detachable towbar fitted 2 weeks ago (for attaching a bike rack, ssshhh!)

And today I intended giving it a quick wash only, but ended up topping up with a coat of CG XXX just because it was a nice day. F**king freezing though. And typically - just after washing/waxing it - they've gone and gritted the roads around here tonight. So that's officially the start of the "one driving and it's dirty again" season...

But anyway, at least it looked "average" today:

^^^Nah, ugly as hell but certainly provides a "different" backdrop...

Shame I can see the bloody place from my front window of my house though. And even worse, I can see Fife... ;)

Car looks minted. Nice settings aswell.

Fancy polishing mine? Youve managed a hell of a shine on that.

Nice pics. The weather might be crap, but those cold days do make for good photos with the leaves on the ground. Just wish we had more cold, crisp days instead of wet ones! :(

I'm 1/4 Fifer, who's slagging it off? ;) :p

Cheers. A couple of mates PC'd as I don't have one and TBH that's what really made the difference: the preparation. Much easier to look after once you've got a good base. You could always hand polish it but that's soooo much work...

Thanks, it was incredibly clear on Sunday - perfect picture taking conditions despite it being effin' freezing. Great time of year with the autumn-y colours.

Me slag Fife? Nah, just jesting, I'm not allowed to slag off Fifer's 'cos I'm married to one! :D (Dunfermline for her sins LOL).

dunfermline is a legendary place, u knowsit..

Car is lookin good ally.

It looks amazing and in a lovely colour! :) You've got the eye for photos! Good shoots.

Cheers for the comments. Although the shots were taken with a basic DSLR (Canon EOS 350d) it's definately what you can do with it rather than what you've got ;)

One week after I've taken those pics and the car's filthy already :(

And forgot to say, only mods so far are:
- LCR splitter
- new tyres (Yoko Parada Spec-2s)
- new headunit (some Alpine unit that plays WMAs/MP3s)
- original SEAT interior mats (a bit crap quality TBH)
- detachable towbar...
