New RADIO with MP3, what to buy in terms of compatability?

Hello. I want to swap my alana without MP3 on any other maker radio with MP3. How do i know wether is a new radio fully compatible with an old one??

The Ibiza has the ordinary ISO block already on, so I'd guess anything will fit.

you can get your mp3 player to work through the old alanu HU (the one with the CD6 button) You just need an ISO connector to stereo jack connector. I did it and I've had no trouble in the 10 months or so I've had mine in.

I'm planning on getting a Dension adapter for my standard Alana non-mp3 unit... about £100 ish for the Gateway-lite version that has USB/ipod/iPhone connectivity.
