New Springs/Shocks

Has anyone who's fitted the -50mm Weitec kit had any issues with rubbing of ARB or driveshafts?

I'm looking into suspension at the moment and seriously considering this kit...but don't really want to mess about with new drop links etc if I can help it!

Cheers!

50mm GT Springs and Shocks combo!! Might take pics tonight if I get the car cleaned...

Im torn between these and the weitec coilies on offer, whats the ride and drop like did you have to have issues rubbing or bottoming out, I really don't want to have to spend extra money on droplinks/arbs or anything like that.

I won't tell anyone if your cars dirty just post some pictures :)

The rides alot firmer than standard and less crashier, you do notice the difference when you hit a major pothole though. I am a family man so coilovers would be too harsh for us.

Slight rubbing on plastic arch but thats because im on 18" alloy wheels.

Coilovers are great if you want adjustability and not too worried about comfort.

Up to you, but I picked up my kit at a great price so I couldnt turn it down.

Im on 18s and was going to get coilovers and adjust them to the point where its low but doesn't rub, its just one of those mods that I can't bring myself round to doing.
Notice your in Mids who fitted them fot you?

I would do it - I hated my 18's on standard suspension looked like a 4x4 lol

My mate works a mechanic and did it at his work place for a drink :D

JOM shocks/spring kit seems very cheap...

Does the car handle much better from standard? and less body roll with this kit fitted?
