New to forum, car is driving me mental, help please guys

Hi,all , I am Mark, very new to this, but thought best place to look for help would be here on this forum.
so i will try to write all the information i can think of and hope there is somebody somewhere that can help.. so here goes...

My seat is acting up, ive searched everywhere for a diagnosis or anybody that has the exact same problems as me but truly cannot find the same.

As mine is a little different, and kind of weird,

My car revs between gear changes, so i thought i need a new clutch(between gears 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 it revs high on change)
However when i get to maybe 60 mph , my abs, steering and handbrake warning lights come on and my speedo dies, but instantly my engine no longer revs, between gear changes.
Is this my abs module? have you even heard this before?
if the engine didnt rev i would suspect ABS module,
I have checked ABS fuses, am going to check the abs wheel sensors.
this is so frustrating

It is a 56 seat Ibiza 1.4 16v sport...

Dont have your car but have you got access to diag tools to see if the car is reporting any errors.

Just bought the OBD2 reader, and not sure if it is me or the car but no matter how i try to get readings it comes up as FAIL .
so back to square one really..
my local garage literally looked at the car and said(after id told him symptoms) Passenger side sensor...
so bought a multimeter to check each sensor, but i highly doubt an ABS sensor could cause my problems.. but getting a bit desperate, because im being told change the clutch... change the ABS sensor,,,, change the ABS control module .....

Maybe if anyone has suggestions as to how to get my OBD reader to connect i could find the problem that way..

There are many different readers which one have you got and hopefully somebody can help you

its a basic one that had great reviews, its an Ancel AD 410

Update, managed to get it to read after updating the obd software, and even though my abs light, power steering light and handbrake light are on, it is telling me no faults are coming up... and again drove great while these lights are on, yet revs high between gear changes when they are not on....

I have no idea.
