it feels better already after 100miles as i said sarah reckons within 500 , u dont even know u have it , quality piece of kit ,.

250 miles now on the clutch n diff , clutch feels oem , can ease slowly foward on hills etc , nowhere near as on/off as 2 days ago , sorted just needs more torque to warm it up,
diff is better every time i drive it , is an amzing mod to any car i imagine . and in the snow today , the car was very controllable , was dreading the torque on the slippy stuff, and on any sort of B road u feel impenetrable(which could be a bad thing) if u have 500 odd quid lying around --plus fitting , by one of these

Ok where to start with this!
Let me paint the road picture here. 2 roundabouts with along carriage way of 2 lanes. Conditions- DAMP
what an amazing piece of kit! There is no words to describe how quick you can take a corner with the diff on. As soon as we cam up to the round about I thought **** there is no way you can take it at this speed! Brendy in the front me in the back around the round about 5 or 6 times very quickly. Im sitting in the back just laughing at the amount of grip the car now has. The car is so easily controlled and I now want one.
If you have the money for a DIFF just get it!
I think Brendy will comfirm everything I say! and porb describe it a bit better cos I was in the back trying to get my seat belt on for most of it, in the end I gave up and enjoyed the run!

let me explain , something i have noticed with my car was that the initial turn in was excellant and say for the first 90 degrees of a roundabout it stuck , thenn as u accelerated , the weight/torque of the diesel lump , caused massive washout of the front wheels (understeer) even with a few weekends of fettling the adjustable koni shocks i have fitted , i could not eliminate this , , the diff just elimates understeer , and on greasy roads i have encountered oversteer , which in my eyes is more controllable , as said u need to be seriously pushing it to encounter this ,

yup the roundabouts were greasy i felt a little movement also in both your car and mine, as i said earlier it felt pretty good on the roundabouts but with more power you will get more understeer in any conditions less than perfect.

i hate to disagree fella , but i reckon it will just transfer more power to the outside wheel , any way its good craic n made u smile ,

180 wats that , aiming 4 190 plus haha , ur car ion the straights was impressive , i was balls out WOT , no racing in it , ur quick , a DP would sort u out nicely haha
