right - update:

I've phoned RAC windscreens again - and I've ordered a genuine SEAT windscreen. It has delayed by installation by a week, but i suppose its worth it

(Hell, if Pablo Escabar works for them and recommends it, it MUST be worth it )

just be glad you dont have my mates ST they have heated windscreen and he has a 10 inch crack going from the left hand side of his front window traveing up at an angle and its growing but here is the best bit a new windscreen for the st costs £750
